 HALVO Holdings Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries (Green & Water Corp., HALVO TRI Co., Ltd. and Reclis Co., Ltd. hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Company and its subsidiaries”) have established the following policy regarding the handling of personal information. The Group will not disclose or provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual, except as permitted by law.
The following cases do not constitute disclosure or provision to a third party.

The Group shall exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over its employees and contractors who handle personal information to ensure the safe management of personal information.

6. request for disclosure of personal information

Requests for notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of content, suspension of use, elimination, or suspension of provision to a third party of retained personal data shall be made in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company. The Group does not belong to any authorized personal information protection organization.

The handling of customers’ personal information on external e-commerce platforms and marketplaces in which the Group operates stores is subject to the privacy policies of the operating companies.
